The only things I’ve written about post-partum are in a humor book called Horsewomen in Foal, which looks at what it’s like to transition from being someone who was only focused on work and living in the country, to being a mom. If you like horses, you might like it.

Thanks for the thought, maybe I will write an article about post-partum. Of course, only you can decide if having a child is something you want to do, but I wouldn’t let lack of experience with babies stop you. I think every baby quickly and effectively teaches its parents how to respond. Sure, it’s a lot of work and responsibility and worry, but it’s also the most profound thing you can do. Best wishes!!!
